Makenna's Dinner Prayer

Makenna really likes to say the dinner prayer lately. Last night she wanted to say the prayer and this is how it went.

Thank you for the food. Please bless it.
Please bless baby, and Mommy and Daddy and Cole and me.
Please let me go to the zoo.
Help me be good.

Makenna usually needs some help with her prayers, but she thought of the zoo part all on her own. She has been talking about going to the zoo for a while, I guess that I better take them soon before it gets hot and I am that much bigger dragging them around the zoo. :)

I just wanted to write a little post and tell Adam how grateful I am for everything that he does for our family. I don't think that I could have married a better man. He is the hardest working person I know and always makes sure that his family is taken care of. He works about 70 hours a week and his only day off is Sundays usually. When he is home he always plays with the kids and helps out where he can. I know that sometimes I complain about how much he is gone, but I know that he is doing all of this for me and the kids, so I appreciate it. He definitely works hard!!

We stayed strong!!

Well, yesterday was our ultrasound for little baby #3. We stayed strong and didn't find out what we were having. Let me tell you, if Adam wouldn't have been there, I may have caved. Then I would have been mad at myself. There are spots on the ultrasound where I thought that I saw something to indicate a boy, but then I watched the DVD when we got home and there are spots where it looks like there isn't anything, so maybe it's a girl. I am glad that we decided to wait. It will be fun. I know that it is hard to not be able to plan, but we have always wanted to do this. Now the challenge will be to come up with both a boy and a girl name. We have always had problems in this area, so we will see what happens. If anyone has good suggestions for boy names that is really where we need the help!!
The ultrasound went well and the baby seems healthy with no problems that they could detect which I am glad. My belly is already starting to show, which makes me sad. I know that it is my third, so I shouldn't expect to wear my normal clothes as long. Anyway, I will probably have to bust out the maternity pants soon. Adam says he is sick of me pulling my pants up 50 times a day... I just hate giving in. :)
I don't have a picture that I can post since I would have to scan it. I will have Adam scan one and then we will post a picture for everyone to see.
