We gave in and took the kids to the zoo on Saturday. We had been telling Makenna all week we would go, so even though it was cold on Saturday morning we bundled up and headed to the zoo. We also had been trying to decide if we wanted to get a season pass or not, and even though they raised the prices, we bought one. So, anyone that ever wants to have a playdate at the zoo, let me know and we'll be there. Gotta get our money's worth. :) Makenna is already asking to go to the zoo again today. Best part about it was that it totally wore the kids out and they took great naps on Saturday!!
It was fun to be able to go as a family. Adam has worked every Saturday for about the last two months, so it was nice to have him home for a whole weekend. The kids loved having him home and I did too!!

Glad you were able to go. Would you like me to come and play with the kids on Wed or Thurs so you can get away? I'd love to do that!
